Natasha Molloy
Natasha is the head of the Court of Protection department at Fentons, specialising in all matters involving the Court of Protection, personal injury trusts and lasting powers of attorney. She is also a specialist wills and probate lawyer.
Natasha completed her Legal Practice Certificate at Staffordshire University's law school after obtaining her degree from Birmingham City University.
Qualifying as a solicitor in 2003, Natasha joined Fentons in 2009 to establish and head up the Court of Protection department. Natasha is qualified to act as a Professional Deputy in Court of Protection cases.
