Karl Tonks

Karl is the head of the Employers' Liability department at Fentons, with particular expertise in accidents at work and industrial disease. A partner at the firm, he is also the head of training responsible for the development of our solicitors.

With more than 20 years' experience, Karl is a member of the National Executive Committee of APIL (Association of Personal Injury Lawyers) and is Assessor to the Solicitors Regulation Authority Personal Injury Panel.

He was also a contributor to "Occupational Illness Disease," published by Sweet & Maxwell.
